About Wido Dorigo in Arch ID

The architectural firm Arch ID was founded in 1996 by ir architect Wido Dorigo. Since its establishment, Arch ID has completed a large number of projects, amazing for such a small firm.

For architect Dorigo, the name Arch ID has several meanings. The obvious one is that Arch ID stands for Architect Ir. Dorigo, the firm's namesake. More important in the naming is the representation of Arch ID's uniqueness.

ID in its name stands for IDee; the architectural ideas of architect Dorigo, aimed at shaping the client's request in the best possible and contemporary way, taking into account the many factors influencing the brief.

ID in its name also stands for IDentity; it is the ideas brought to fruition that best reflect the identity of architect Dorigo, of Arch ID, ideas that are also expressed in details of the projects, in working methods and involvement with the assignment and the Builder, in collaboration with executing parties.

Based on these principles, Arch ID has established long-term partnerships with several clients from Belgium, the Netherlands and elsewhere. Architect Dorigo's language skills enable Arch ID to master assignments in several languages.

Arch ID's projects cover a wide range. New construction and extensions, interiors and refurbishments, large and small scale consultancy and project management.

Arch ID's projects are mainly located in Belgium and the Netherlands, but occasionally also abroad; France, Luxembourg, Spain and studies for locations on other continents.
